San Bao: Body, Mind and Spirit in Qigong - 2nd - 4th October 2009
Despite wind, rain & ponies, once again we had an excellent time thanks to the fantastic staff of the island who catered for us and made us one of their family.
Bob gave an insight to San Bao, or the 3 receptacles as he termed this years topic that was supported with lectures, demonstrations and practical work where we learned the “5 Element Dance” as well as many other things!
It was good to meet friends old and new and all of us thoroughly enjoyed the course. Looking forward to next year already Bob. Many thanks!
