I first experienced martial arts in the seventies with Harada Sensei's Shotokai karate. Harada Sensei advocated a soft approach to this art and when I moved to Perth I sought a soft alternative.

           A local Taiji class seemed to fit the bill, but a visit to T'ai Chi Caledonia taught me that there was a lot more out there and as a result I joined the 7 Stars School in 1998.

           Becoming an instructor with the school in 2002 has given me the satisfaction of helping others start on the road that has given me so much.
