



I became interested in Taiji after reading about internal martial arts, and joined a local class to find out what it was all about.
After a year I joined the 7 stars School and was immediately impressed
by the breadth and depth of knowledge which was freely and enthusiastically shared
by the instructors.
In 1994 I joined the School and I have studied and practised Taiji since then, becoming a Instructor in Taiji & Qigong in 2001 after retiring from full time employment.
I am keen to share the benefits of Taiji and Qigong with people of
all ages and physical abilities who wish to work towards improving their health &
well being.
I believe no one is to old or physically challenged to derive some benefit
from Taiji. Give it a try-it might be what you have been looking for.
