Frank studied Judo in his late teens. His job took him worldwide and gave a great opportunity to see many other Martial Arts and skills but insufficient time to join a school.

           Tai Chi in Hong Kong and Singapore made a lasting impression and, years later, when settled back in the UK was delighted to find there was an extremely good school based in E. Kilbride where he now lives.

           He has been with the school for about twelve years and currently holds the position of Senior Instructor within the School.
