“I first experienced martial arts in the seventies with Harada Sensei's Shotokai karate.
Harada Sensei advocated a soft approach to this art and when I moved to Perth I sought a soft alternative.
A local Taiji class seemed to fit the bill, but a visit to Tai Chi Caledonia taught me that there was a lot more out there and as a result I joined the 7 Stars School of Taijiquan 1998.
Becoming an instructor with the school in 2002 has given me the satisfaction of helping others start on the road that has given me so much pleasure and enthusiasm of life in general!”
