I took up Taiji in 1992 having always been intrigued simply by the nature of the movements.
A realization of the depth of Taiji came later especially after joining 7 Stars School of Taijiquan which introduced me to the martial side of the forms. I see Taiji as a philosophy for the way to live from day to day.
It builds up subtle strength. 7 Stars School of Taijiquan gives a grounding in the form which is rigorous and continuous and a sound structure within which to work and progress as much or as little as you have time and inclination for.
