Hilary Christie:
“I took up Taiji in 1992 having always been intrigued simply by the nature of the movements. A realization of the depth of Taiji came later especially after joining 7 Stars School of Taijiquan which introduced me to the martial side of the forms. I see Taiji as a philosophy for the way to live from day to day.
It builds up subtle strength. 7 Stars School of Taijiquan gives a grounding in the Taijiquan Forms which is rigorous and continuous and a sound structure within which to work and progress as much or as little as you have time and inclination for.”
Robert Taylor:
“I became interested in Taiji after reading about internal martial arts, and joined a local class to find out what it was all about. After a year I joined the 7 Stars School of Taijiquan and was immediately impressed by the breadth and depth of knowledge which was freely and enthusiastically shared by the instructors.
In 1994 I joined the School and I have studied and practised Taiji since then, becoming a Instructor in Taiji & Qigong in 2001 after retiring from full time employment. I am keen to share the benefits of Taiji and Qigong with people of all ages and physical abilities who wish to work towards improving their health & well being.
I believe no one is to old or physically challenged to derive some benefit from Taiji. Give it a try-it might be what you have been looking for.”
